Open Access sessions are available on Wednesdays and Fridays. They are bookable in blocks of 3 hours at £20 each. They are only available to experienced printmakers who want to use the space for their own work. 

We have a size 3 Gunning Etching Press (geared) Bed size 25" x 47.2" / 63.5cm x 120cm - prints up to A1 size. This can be set up for either intaglio or relief printing. We have facilities for copper sulphate etching if you want to create plates, as well as tools for lino, woodcut, collagraph and dry point. Printmakers must completed a studio induction before being able to book a session to work independently.  

Technician help is on hand if you need it.

The sessions are 9:30 - 12:30 and/or 12:30 - 3:30

The studio is often free at a weekend so if you would like to contact us to arrange a weekend slot then you can message us through the website to check availability.
